Workday Functional & Tech Manager Talent, Learning & Payroll, Pitney Bowes, Tampa, FL; Hybrid, at least 1 day in office & as reqd. Enhance, config., maintain, expand Wrkdy Talent, Performance, Learning & Payroll Modules. Liaise betw. HR, IT & Vendors. Implement new bus. processes, systs mainten-ance, EIB & sched. releases w/in Talent, Performance, Learning & Payroll Modules. Collab. w/teams to implem. longer- term roadmap, proj. prioritize. & enhancement requests. At least a bach. or equiv. in HR Mgmnt, Bus. Mgmnt/Admin. or rel. w/concentr. in HR, & at least 5 yrs prior progr. wrk exp. as Techn. Analyst wrking in HRIS/HRIT or rel. role.
Must possess the fol:
