Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a skilled HR Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, especially Payroll, tailored to the complex and dynamic workforce requirements of the EPC industry. The ideal candidate will understand both the technical and business side of payroll, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across diverse project-based environments. 6+ years of HRIS/Payroll experience with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll. Strong functional understanding of EPC workforce complexities including labor classification, site-specific compensation, and compliance issues. Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, fast formulas, HDL/HSDL, costing, retro pay, and statutory reporting. Experience working with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), project costing integrations, and site-based time capture tools.
