Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Partner to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a Contract to Permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with payroll systems and processes for a large employee base. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll management, auditing, and employee benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee biweekly payroll processing for approximately 1,200 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct audits of payroll data and manage system interfaces to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Obtain necessary approvals for payroll processes and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with outsourced payroll services to streamline operations and address technical issues.
- Provide expertise in payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and Workday.
- Support the implementation of new payroll system interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with Workday.
- Administer employee benefits related to payroll, including 401(k) and RRSP contributions.
- Act as a key contributor to payroll-related projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate payroll records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Requirements
- Proven experience with payroll systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and Workday.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance standards.
- Expertise in auditing payroll data and managing system integrations.
- Familiarity with accounting software systems and functions.
- Experience administering 401(k) and RRSP plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
