The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, and maintaining our books. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial concepts. This position is an in-office position, must be able to commute to our St. Pete Office.

Maintaining financial records

Payroll Processing:

Administer payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate pay. Onboarding new employees

Accounting Tasks:

Prepare journal entries, balance checks, perform bank reconciliation, and handle accounts payable/receivable duties.

HR Functions:

Assist with various HR duties, including employee benefits administration, compliance, and maintaining personnel records. Generate financial reports related to payroll expenses and provide summaries for management review. Must be able to read and understand P&L reports Utilize QuickBooks for effective payroll management and reporting. Collaborate with HR to ensure employee records are up-to-date and accurate for payroll processing. Assisting with audits both external and internal Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and procedures

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in payroll and HR, or a similar role. Proficiency with Paycor for payroll processing. Experience with QuickBooks for accounting tasks. Knowledge and experience with journal entries, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable. Accounting Certification is required. Strong understanding of employee onboarding processes and benefits administration. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay :

$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
