$71.7K – $115K a year 1 day ago Qualifications System design Accounting Human resources Payroll Senior level Full Job Description The F&A Process & Job Costing SME will provide expertise on the F&A and job costing processes within the ERP implementation project. In addition, this role will provide expertise to the HR/Payroll Sr. Business Analyst on the Business Unit Payroll requirements and FSO Human Resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
F&A Process Transformation :
Collaborate on the evaluation of a single enterprise financial and accounting structure and processes specific to job costing, HR, regulation, compliance, and payroll to align with ERP capabilities.
Collaboration :
Act as the subject matter expert between finance, accounting, and HR/Payroll teams to translate business needs into system design and configuration. Collaborate with the finance, accounting, and HR/Payroll team to ensure all processes are aligned with corporate financial goals and compliance requirements.
UAT :
Providing guidance on core F&A job costing, HR, & Payroll process success through the execution of UAT activities
Deliverables:
Validation and acceptance of key enterprise processes & configurations on behalf of the office of the RCA CFO
