The Position:

The Payroll Manager is astand-alone position that will own the payroll process and will bein charge of handling weekly payroll for both union and nonunionemployees. The Payroll Manager’s responsibilities include but arenot limited to Manages and guarantees disbursement of payroll,benefits, and taxes consistent with government wage and hour lawsEnsures the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers,promotions and terminations is accurate and timely Communicatesactively with Operations, Human Resources and Billing to reviewcross-departmental impacts and reconciles data sharing Processweekly union and non-union payroll Leads regular preparation ofrelevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterlyand year-end reports Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systemsEnsure compliance with relevant laws and internal policiesResponsible for weekly certified payroll reporting, union and/orprevailing wage calculations.

Qualifications:

2 years of Payrollexperience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability tohandle confidential information Ability to manage in a diverseenvironment with a focus on client and customer service Stronginterpersonal skill Effective verbal and written communicationskills Experience in Microsoft Office with advanced skills inMicrosoft Excel INJUN2025
