Role:
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to take charge of payroll operations? We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to lead the administration of payroll processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Payroll Manager will play a critical role in supporting our workforce and maintaining the financial health of our business.
What You’ll Do:

Manage Payroll Operations:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. +
Ensure Compliance:
Stay up to date with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and ensure company compliance with tax and labor laws. +
Handle Audits:
Prepare and assist with internal audits and resolve discrepancies as needed. +
Supervise and Mentor Staff:
Lead a team of payroll specialists while providing ongoing training and professional development. +
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with HR and Finance teams to coordinate tax filings, benefits deductions, and employee records. +
Technology and Reporting:
Utilize payroll software to generate detailed reports for stakeholders and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements Your Qualifications:

Experience:
5+ years in payroll, including supervisory roles. +
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPP or FPC certification is a plus. +
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. +
Detail Oriented:
Strong organizational skills and a knack for accuracy under tight deadlines. +
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
