BachelorsResponsibilities Oversee all aspects of payroll operations, including weekly disbursements, direct deposits, and tax compliance. Administer and process wage garnishments and deductions. Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations and generate essential reports, including leading the annual W-2 process. Serve as an expert on payroll regulations, resolving employee and management inquiries related to pay. Provide leadership and direct supervision for a payroll team, managing their schedules, attendance, and overall performance. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, aligning with departmental objectives. Ensure the efficient and high-quality execution of all departmental processes and standards. Successfully manage special projects and initiatives from conception to completion. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership when required. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is highly desirable.
