We are nowlooking to appoint a senior Payroll professional to lead ourPayroll services and oversee the teams responsible for related HRadministrative processes and our pension arrangements. To besuccessful you will need to have relevant, relatable experience ina complex organisation with a successful track record of reviewingand implementing processes, policies and procedures which supportcontinuous service improvement. Experience of line-management andof supporting a culture of high standards and performance will beof distinct advantage.
