JobDetailsThe Global Payroll Manager manages all payroll functionsincluding, payroll processing, withholdings, reviewing and revisingpolicies and procedures, as well as internal controls, systemreview, and upgrades. Maintain necessary vendor relationshipsincluding internal and external auditors, and government agencies.

Ensure payroll payments comply with internal and externalrequirements. Responsible for adapting processes to handle bothinternal and external new requirements.

Principle Duties andResponsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage all the activities of the PayrollStaff ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the payrollteam Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll, includingearnings and deductions, for the enterprise Manage the establishment of payroll controls for maintainingthe accuracy of payroll data prior to and after processing Maintain all payroll-processing controls to ensure employeewithholdings are reconciled and paid according to governmentlaws Manage the proper analysis, distribution, and control of allpayroll data, while preserving confidentially Ensure required filings are completed in a timely manner Drive compliance and operational excellence regarding internal& external audit guidelines, corporate policies, and procedures Provide training or education materials to the HR team andothers as needed to promote operational excellence Troubleshoot escalated issues Lead or participate in various projects, audits, technicalreviews, and systems that have payroll implications Partner with HRIS and third-party vendor systems related topayroll Propose requests for system improvements and maintenance Manage Payroll system implementations for the enterprise Review manual and automated processes to ensure systemintegrity Continuous improvement and integration of payroll functions andprocesses Establish a direct link with sources of information on payrolland payroll tax laws Special HR/Audit/Tax projects and other duties asassignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Payroll and Control Procedures Working knowledge of government compliance

Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel Payroll Platform Experience:

ADP, Ceridian, Dayforce, orequivalent third-party processor

Timekeeping Systems Experience:

Kronos, ADP, or equivalent MS Office Standard Suite Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to prioritizeworkload demands, demonstrating the appropriate sense of urgency,and establishing deadlines internally and with external businesscustomers, and meet those deadlines Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively atall levels Able to handle a high level of confidential employeeinformation All employees are expected to follow government and corporatelaws, rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresEducation andExperience 8+ years of applicable experience Prior experience managing a team Multi-entity, multi-cycle experience Global processing experience in key countries – UK, US, Canada,India All employees are expected to follow government and corporatelaws, rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresInterested inhearing more?
