Job Description

Description Summary Due to continued growth, we are adding a UKG Administrator Lead position. This role will oversee and manage the time & attendance management process within Martin Marietta. Considered a back up to the Time & Attendance Manager. Ensure accurate recording and tracking of employee attendance and time off, as well as compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance time and attendance systems, resolve issues, and provide guidance on time-related matters. Responsibilities Responsible for managing the UKG environment, implementing new capabilities, configuring pay rules, work rules, and accrual policies, coordinating and running integrations internally and with payroll and other systems. This role will be a subject matter expert on all aspects of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations. In addition, this role will support the migration from UKG WFC to UKG WFM, provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for end-users, and be responsible for resolving day-to-day user and technical issues and manage user security. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 5+ years of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Administrator experience Proficient in the configuration of UKG Payrules, Workrules and accrual policies Subject matter expert of UKG inbound and outbound integrations Complex analysis, troubleshooting, testing, training and UKG solutioning experience Strong knowledge of labor laws and timekeeping regulations Must have excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment Develop strong working relationships throughout the organization at all levels Strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities Must be able to effectively manage changes and support impacted areas of the business Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities UKG/Kronos timekeeping experience required Strong project management and project lifecycle experience UKG WFC to UKG WFM migration experience preferred Workday Payroll, Time and Absence experience preferred Union payroll experience preferred Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of internal and external customers Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to multi-task and produce accurate and timely results Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands A member of the S&P 500 Index, Martin Marietta is an American-based company and a leading supplier of heavy building materials – including aggregates, cement, ready-mixed concrete and asphalt.
