The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing and processing the organization’s payroll using the ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Payroll system. Payroll Manager ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, maintains compliance with payroll regulations, and provides support to the Human Resources Department. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and manage the payroll process for all Komline entity’s ensuring accurate calculation and deduction of taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other payroll deductions Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including labor distribution reports, for management review and analysis Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Manage and maintain the ADP WFN payroll system, including software updates, user access, and system configurations; including setting up of employee pay profiles, deductions, and direct deposit information Manage implementation of new acquisitions within ADP WFN Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, resolve discrepancies, and provide payroll related guidance Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records and documentation for payroll audits and compliance purposes Ensure compliance with payroll tax filing requirements, including quarterly and annual tax returns Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and other departments to support business needs Maintain accurate records and documentation for payroll audits and compliance purposes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience with payroll management Minimum of 7+ years of experience in multi-state payroll Minimum of 5 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now Experience with multi-company FEINs Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Acquisitions experience Attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices Microsoft Office Excel Proficiency Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Effectively communicate written and orally Ability to work independently and as part of a team
