Job Description We are seeking a skilled Payroll Consultant to oversee the migration of payroll operations from QuickBooks Online to ADP. This part-time role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and ADP representatives to ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant system transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison with ADP during the payroll system transition
Oversee payroll data migration from QuickBooks Online to ADP
Gather and validate payroll information from internal stakeholders
Configure ADP to align with company policies and workflows
Test and validate payroll data and processes before go-live
Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance throughout the transition
Train internal staff on ADP’s system and develop post-transition documentation
Job Requirements Qualifications:
Proven experience managing payroll systems and transitions
Strong knowledge of both QuickBooks Online and ADP
Understanding of payroll compliance and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities on a part-time schedule
