• Oversee full-cycle HRincluding hiring, onboarding, benefits, and policy administration
• Supervise and develop a two-person team (HR and PayrollSpecialists)
• Manage certified payroll and prevailing wagecompliance for construction projects
• Lead the payroll platformswitch from Paycor to Paycom
• Partner with leadership to align HRoperations with company goals Qualifications
• Experience in HR andpayroll, specifically within the construction industry
• Provenleadership skills and comfort managing both people and process
• Knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll preferred, butnot required
