https://www.imagefirst.com/company/ We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Payroll Operations Manager to lead our payroll operations, ensuring flawless execution, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee a team partnering with HR and Finance to deliver accurate, timely payroll while staying ahead of regulatory changes. Monday-Friday In-office on site in King of Prussia, PA .

Compensation:

$115,000.00 plus annual bonus! Responsibilities & Qualifications Payroll Leadership Own end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy for salaries, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and deductions. Audit and optimize payroll systems (e.g., Dayforce) to streamline processes, reduce risk, and enhance reporting capabilities. Serve as the go-to expert for federal, state, and local payroll compliance (e.g., FLSA, tax filings, wage/hour laws). Partner with HR/Finance to align payroll with company policies, compensation initiatives, and financial audits. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team of five, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Oversee daily workflows, prioritize tasks, and resolve escalations with urgency and professionalism. Strategic Collaboration Drive cross-functional projects (e.g., system upgrades, M&A integrations) with IT, HR, and Finance teams. Analyze payroll data to identify trends, recommend cost-saving measures, and support decision-making. Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives. Qualifications 5-10 years of payroll management experience, including team leadership. Deep expertise in payroll compliance, tax regulations, and best practices in multi-state environments. Proficiency with payroll software (Dayforce preferred) and advanced Excel skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification a plus.
