The Payroll Operations Supervisor will ensure accurate processing of employee data into internal, payroll, and benefit systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage payroll related tasks Responsibilities Oversee and perform the accurate entry of employee data for new hires, terms, transfers, promotions, and demotions in FUSE, ADP, and E-Verify. Supervise and provide guidance to a team of payroll administrators. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor their performance to ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll activities. Ensure timely updates of employee address, tax, and banking information. Oversee Skylight Card requests and employee detail changes. Monitor and maintain data accuracy in systems (FUSE, ADP, Employee Navigator). Respond to payroll-related inquiries and support tickets from employees. Manage general ADP approvals and assist employees with ADP account issues. Partner with HR, benefits, and IT to resolve data discrepancies and streamline workflows. Adhere to payroll policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Continuously evaluate payroll processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined and efficient practices. Automate manual processes where possible to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. And other duties as assigned. Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
