COMPENSATION
$21-$24/hr
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Process weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and salaried + commission employees Accurately enter wage adjustments, PTO, deductions, and garnishments Maintain payroll records and support compliance with payroll laws and internal SOPs Distribute time, tax, and earnings reports as needed Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payroll discrepancies Maintain accuracy across Oracle and time tracking systems (TCP a plus) Provide backup support to other payroll functions as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
Be able to do the job as described Experience processing full-cycle payroll for large employee populations Oracle and/or TCP software experience is a big plus Flexibility to handle fast-paced Mondays through Wednesdays Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and meet tight deadlines
