Managing payroll liabilities, adjustments, and union dues
Administering multi-state and union-compliant payroll practices
Generating reports, W-2s, and compliance data for audits and agencies
Responding to payroll inquiries and supporting employment verifications
Assisting with new hire onboarding/reporting from a payroll perspective
Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all payroll records What You’ll Need to be Considered At least 2 years experience handling high-volume, multi-state payroll operations
Exposure to union payroll practices and associated reporting
Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
