Opportunities to support broader HR and finance functions over time Compensation $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and ability to hit the ground running What You’ll Be Doing Processing weekly payroll for several thousand employees
Managing payroll liabilities, adjustments, and union dues
Administering multi-state and union-compliant payroll practices
Generating reports, W-2s, and compliance data for audits and agencies
Responding to payroll inquiries and supporting employment verifications
Assisting with new hire onboarding/reporting from a payroll perspective
Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all payroll records What You’ll Need to be Considered Experience handling high-volume, multi-state payroll operations
Exposure to union payroll practices and associated reporting
Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll platforms
