We are looking for a qualified Payroll Specialist with experience with Thomson Reuters / Accounting CS Software and Multi State processing payroll is a must Qualifications for the position: be a team player, ability multi-task, show initiative, prioritize work, analysis and make good decisions, shared responsibility for payroll for 30+ clients.

Responsibilities for this position:

Process Payroll Quarterly Reports Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements Experience with high volume multi-state payroll Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Answer questions and requests related to payroll information Workmans Comp Audits Perform review and verification of source documents Other duties as assigned Facilitate company compliance according to federal and state regulations and guidelines Employee Benefits include paid vacation, salary is negotiable based on experience, education & knowledge.
