The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a weekly payroll and working the finance department. Responsibilities Sole management of weekly payroll processing Work with employee’s regarding questions about salary, payments and respond to any complaints Record and maintain employee records regarding payroll transactions Process other financial compensations or deductions (i.e.: annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes or worker’s compensation) Produce reports to upper management upon request Collect and verify employee and timekeeping data by checking information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order Coordinate employee payroll changes with HR Requirements College degree, preferred Minimum of three years prior experience processing payroll for a manufacturing company Comfortable with communicating to employees of all levels and the ability to maintain the strictest of confidence Must be detail oriented and very organized with a team mindset Prior experience with ADP Workforce required Warren Averett is an equal opportunity employer.
