Fit Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented and reliablePart-Time Payroll Processor to join our team. This is an excellentopportunity for someone with payroll experience looking for aflexible, part-time position, and paying in the $20/hr range.

Responsibilities:

Process biweekly/semi-monthly payroll for hourlyand salaried employees Collect, verify, and input timekeepinginformation Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, andtaxes Maintain payroll records in compliance with state and federalregulations Prepare and distribute payroll reports to HR andaccounting Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions,and timesheets Assist with year-end processes including W-2s andtax filings Coordinate with accounting or HR on benefits deductionsand PTO tracking

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in payrollprocessing Familiarity with wage and hour laws, tax regulations,and payroll best practices Strong attention to detail andconfidentiality Ability to work independently and meetdeadlines
