Make a meaningful impact on small business operations in your community Compensation $25/hour What You’ll Be Doing Managing weekly benefit enrollments, changes, and confirmations
Reconciling benefit data including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Ensuring accuracy of all benefits-related entries and updates
Communicating changes and updates with internal team members
Supporting the payroll process through benefits administration
Using QuickBooks and Excel for data tracking and validation What You’ll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Experience working with benefit reconciliation or administration preferred
Ability to work onsite in Mobile, AL (no remote work available)
Comfortable working in a small office environment with minimal supervision How To Apply
