Hybrid Roles and Responsibilities:
Audit payroll information by reviewing critical time data. Provide customer support to supervisors approving time and associates. Resolve associate pay issues.
Daily Tasks:
Respond to and answer questions from supervisors and associates. Review and adjust time data when necessary. Update payroll information.
Required Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in a role providing similar services (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax department).
Desired Skills:
Experience with Kronos. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to analyze and resolve issues.
Position Factors:
Open office environment. On-site work location with the flexibility for remote work.
Overtime expected:
