PayrollClerk Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Clerk, you will process andmaintain accurate payroll information. Verify timesheets,attendance records, and data for precise payment calculations.
Calculate wages, overtime, commissions, and deductions according topolicies and regulations. Collaborate with HR and managers to keepemployee data up-to-date. Prepare and distribute paychecks orelectronic transfers promptly. Handle payroll inquiries and resolvediscrepancies professionally. Assist in preparing payroll reports,financial statements, and tax filings. Stay updated on payroll lawsfor compliance. Maintain strict confidentiality of employeeinformation.
Payroll Clerk Requirements:
Proven experience as aPayroll Clerk or similar role. Proficiency in payroll software andMS Office, especially Excel. Strong numerical aptitude andattention to detail. Knowledge of payroll, tax, and laborregulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with tight deadlines. High integrityand commitment to confidentiality. Certificate or diploma inaccounting, finance, or related field preferred. INJUN2025
