Since 2003, we’ve grown into one of the largest plumbing contractors in the region, thanks to our dedicated team of 200+ employees—some of whom have been with us for over 20 years! As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Coordinator to support our accounting and payroll operations. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws Review and verify timesheets for accuracy and completeness Maintain confidential payroll records, including wage changes, direct deposits, and garnishments Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and updates Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal labor laws Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee documentation Other accounting/ booking related tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (preferred) Familiarity with construction payroll or subcontractor accounting (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Comfort with builder and county-specific software (e.g., Supply Pro) is a plus Strong communication skills for professional correspondence Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
