Job Summary:
Local payroll company is looking for someone that can process payroll in a back office position. This company offers a competitive pay rate, benefits, and work life balance to whoever can show exceptional attendance, quick learning, and promise.

DOE Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
Emailing clients and potential new account information, follow up, etc Process payroll (with this is a need to be proficient at excel, word, and Microsoft office) Scanning Documents to be uploaded into related software and saved to the home drive. The ability to reconcile and find invoice discrepancies, quality control check of all completed work Good Communication skills Ability to take constructive criticism as it relates to performance Exceptional Attendance (If you miss 3 days out of a month, you are missing too much work) And other duties as assigned!
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Experienced in processing payroll (Experience with PayPlus software is a PLUS but not required) Ways to
