Adminsitrator Florida Energy Services, Inc. LaBelle, FL 33935 Position Objective We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative person to oversee daily office operations and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This dual-role position requires strong administrative, and interpersonal skills to maintain a smooth-running workplace and support our employees’ payroll/onboarding needs. Key Responsibilities Administrator Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor coordination. Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of records, especially for external company records audit. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up workspaces and managing access for employees. Assist supervisors with the coordination of office events, meetings, and safety training sessions. Facilitate strong and consistent communication between leadership, employees, and customers by ensuring timely and accurate information sharing. Submit weekly payroll using Connecteam timekeeping and GMS PEO payroll service. Maintain accurate employee records including time tracking, vacation/sick leave, and benefits. Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage payroll adjustments, deductions, and garnishments. Provide payroll reports as needed for management and auditing purposes.
Qualifications:
Preferred – Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 3+ years of experience in office administration and payroll. Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and payroll systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of employment laws and payroll regulations. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
