As a Bilingual Payroll Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth payroll and office operations.
Responsibilities include:
Payroll & Administrative Process weekly payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees Reconcile timesheets, verify project codes, and track billable hours Enter new hire data, terminations, pay adjustments, and deductions Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal/external inquiries Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments Order office supplies and coordinate vendor services Employee Support Provide top-tier customer service to employees with payroll or admin questions Support planning and execution of company events and engagement activities
Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (Required) 2+ years of experience in payroll, admin support, or customer service Comfortable with high call volumes and front-desk responsibilities Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Apply today to learn more!
