Tampa, FL 33619 Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Payroll Tax Specialist in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

Junior Payroll Tax Specialist will handle tax notices, tax filings, and tax payments in a timely and accurate manner
Support day-to-day administrative tax functions
Utilize MasterTax and Prism systems for processing and reporting
As a Junior Payroll Tax Specialist, you will ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and internal procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve tax-related issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in tax administration or a related field
Prior experience with MasterTax and Prism is strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Local to the area and available to work in-office 3 days per week The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
