We are a local construction company looking for an experienced Bilingual (English Spanish) HR Specialist to join our team to support, facilitate our payroll, onboarding, and all tasks associated with human resources. Must be ready to be part of a department that promotes teamwork and a positive fun environment while we get the job done.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8 to 3:30pm

Requirements:

Must have (5+) years of recent Payroll and Human Resources experience Must be bilingual: Spanish/English MS Office, Excel proficiency a MUST Viewpoint a PLUS Paycheck, ADP payroll experience a PLUS Associate Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR/Payroll Experience can be a substitute for degree) Background check required Drug screening required
