Payroll Analyst Position Available In Orange, Florida

Description + Accurately handle weekly payroll while ensuring compliance. + Work closely with the Operations team to keep employee data up to date, including hiring, terminations, or salary changes. + Process payroll deductions such as taxes, benefits, and social security. + Resolve payroll issues with timely support from the Operations team. + Stay informed on payroll laws to ensure regulatory compliance and correct tax filings. + Prepare payroll reports for management, including tax summaries and reconciliations. + Respond to employee questions about payroll with excellent customer service. + Assist with year-end tasks like creating W-2 forms and other required documents. + Help improve payroll processes for greater accuracy and efficiency. + Confirm and reconcile attendance records, bonuses, and other payment-related ite Requirements + At least 2 years of experience in a Payroll Analyst or similar role. + Proficient in payroll software, including ADP Workforce Now, Paycheck, and Paychex Payroll. + Skilled in handling multi-state payroll processing. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
