About the Payroll Specialist Role ThePayroll Specialist will play a key role in managing payrolloperations for both field and office staff, ensuring timely andaccurate processing across multiple payroll cycles. Payroll Specialist:
Process weekly payroll for approximately 300 hourly field employeesRun semi-monthly payroll for around 225 salaried office employeesReview and verify overtime hours and resolve any discrepanciesGenerate and upload payroll-related reports, including job costingand certified payroll Submit 401(k) contributions following eachpayroll cycle Assist with off-cycle bonus payments during Novemberand December Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state,and local payroll regulations Preferred Qualifications for the
Payroll Specialist:
