Payroll Specialist – 3-
Month Remote Contract Pay Rate:
$30-$35/hr (W2)

Full-time, Remote Contract Length:
3 months We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a 3-month remote contract with a well-established company. If you’re experienced in payroll reconciliation , payroll taxes , and have worked with ADP , we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy across systems Handle payroll tax filings and resolve discrepancies Process multi-state payroll using ADP Collaborate with internal teams to support audit and compliance efforts Use Smart Compliance (a plus, not required)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with payroll reconciliation Hands-on knowledge of payroll taxes Experience using ADP (Workforce Now preferred) Smart Compliance experience is a nice-to-have Available to start quickly and commit to the full 3-month contract
