The Senior Payroll Coordinator will overseepayroll processing and compliance activities while supportinginternal organizational stakeholders. This vital role ensuresemployees are paid accurately and in compliance with laborregulations. As a Senior Payroll Coordinator, you will: Interpretlabor agreements and payroll legislation to ensure accurate pay,taxes, deductions, and benefits Maintain employee payrollinformation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date Set upand manage all aspects of the district payroll system, includingjob and deduction codes Process full-cycle payroll and reconcileall payroll-related allocations and remittances Generate regularand ad hoc payroll reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly,and annual filings Prepare payroll documentation for current andformer employees as requested Collaborate with HR and LaborRelations to accurately process employee status changes Mentorjunior staff and assist in managing daily payroll functions Promotea positive, solutions-oriented team culture as a Senior PayrollCoordinator Preferred Qualifications for the
