Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate efforts with Human Resources to ensure integrity of the payroll data and make updates as necessary Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed report Ensure computing, withholding, and deductions are done correctly Process manual checks such as terminations and discrepancies Develop ad hoc reporting as needed Timely resolution of all payroll inquiries from team members 3 – 5 years’ experience with multi-state payroll Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws Knowledge of wage withholding orders Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed Communicate effectively with management, peers, and coworkers Sound decision making skills and multi task while working in an environment with specific deadlines Maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

Job Qualifications:
