Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk Michlou Consulting Inc Boca Raton, FL 33433 We are a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to our clients. This position is part-time to full-time.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Bookkeeper to work on multiple QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online accounts. Payroll processing experience a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Post monthly bank and credit card information and payroll entries Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous experience with payroll processing is a plus
