Payroll Administrator Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a contract position requiring a detail-oriented individual with extensive payroll expertise and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of payroll and HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process and approve weekly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize systems like ADP Workforce Now and other payroll platforms to manage payroll processing.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data for multiple facilities, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee the administration of benefits, including 401k plans, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to handle administrative tasks related to payroll and employee records.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate documentation for auditing purposes.
• Provide support for payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding processes by setting up payroll and benefits for new hires.
• Utilize accounting software and reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports, to streamline payroll operations. Requirements
• Extensive experience in payroll administration, with at least 15 years of relevant expertise.
• Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and About Time.
• Strong knowledge of accounting functions and benefit administration, including 401k plans.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports for data analysis and documentation.
• Ability to handle payroll for multiple facilities with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to support a diverse workforce.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.
