We’re on the lookout for a Payroll Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. Don’t worry if you don’t have payroll experience—if you’re tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’ll train you! ??

What You’ll Do:

• Process payroll for employees across multiple locations using UKG (don’t know it yet? We’ll teach you!)
• Review and audit timecards, pay records, and correction requests
• Support compliance with tax, labor, and wage regulations across states
• Answer payroll-related questions with professionalism and clarity
• Assist with onboarding and payroll system training (as needed)
• Partner with your team to tackle special projects and support each other during time off ?

We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma required; a college degree (especially in business or finance) is a big plus!
• Some admin, billing, or accounts payable experience preferred
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM and solid Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to detail and a love for organized chaos
• Clear communicator—written and verbal
• A flexible, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn and grow ?

Bonus Points For:

• Payroll or UKG/Kronos experience
• Familiarity with labor laws or HR systems
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments ?
