Part-Time Payroll Specialist (Flexible Hours)

Part-Time | 5-10 hours weekly | Mondays through Wednesdays | Flexible hours

Based on experience We’re looking for a highly organized and discreet Payroll Specialist to handle weekly payroll operations for our busy auto repair shop. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time role while still managing essential business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and send weekly payroll reports Enter and process payroll in ADP Execute timely payroll for all staff Email payroll confirmations to management Deliver weekly liability reports to bookkeeping Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping required Familiarity with ADP payroll processing Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality Strong organizational and communication skills Must pass a drug test and background check
