• What You’ll Do
• As our Payroll Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of the team—supporting employees, ensuring payroll accuracy, and keeping things organized and compliant.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Experience using

• ADP•(required); union deduction experience a plus + Review and process payroll with union deduction codes + Ensure timekeeping, data accuracy, and adherence to labor laws + Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity + Assist with benefits, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation + Support employee engagement and training initiatives + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws + Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements •What We’re Looking For•We’re searching for someone who’s proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

You’re a great fit if you have: + 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, especially in payroll + Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and confidentiality + Experience using
