Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for dealership staff with accuracy and efficiency Maintain employee records and payroll documentation in a confidential and organized manner Assist with new hire onboarding & timekeeping system updates Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly Collaborate with the accounting and HR teams to support audits, reports, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative support preferred High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Discretion in handling sensitive employee information Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, etc.) is a plus
