Overview of the Payroll Tax Analyst role: This Payroll TaxAnalyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulationsrelated to payroll processing.

Your key duties include:

TaxCompliance & Reporting

• Ensures payroll taxes are calculated,withheld, and filed in accordance with federal, state, and localregulations. Tax Payments & Filings
• Prepares and submits payrolltax returns and deposits on time to avoid penalties. Reconciliation& Audits
• Reviews payroll tax reports, reconciles discrepancies,and assists with internal or external audits. System & ProcessImprovements
• Works with payroll software and systems to enhanceefficiency and accuracy in tax processing. Legislative Monitoring
• Stays updated on changes in tax laws and advises on necessaryadjustments to payroll processes. Employee & Internal Support
• Assists HR, finance, and employees with tax-related questions orconcerns.

Preferred Qualifications for the

Payroll Tax Analyst:

3years in Payroll Very comfortable with tax compliance ®ulations, payroll processing, timekeeping and understand taxlaws Excel knowledge

• pivot tables/sum formulas Strongcommunicator, and someone who takes pride in their work
