Payroll Administrator
Immediate opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve discrepancies
Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments
Generate and analyze payroll reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any SAP SuccessFactors issues related to payroll processing.
Participate in the testing and implementation of updates and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors payroll module.
Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to payroll records.
This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position in Atlanta. Work onsite in Smyrna, Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator SAP SuccessFactors
Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
High level of attention to detail/accuracy
Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorships are not available.
