Pay:

$50,000 – $65,000

Schedule:

Full-time, potential for hybrid after training period. Their fast-paced environment offers stability with room to grow, and they’re ready to bring in a payroll professional who can add structure to their team. They are looking for you, an experienced Payroll professional who can take ownership of the payroll process. This is a direct hire opportunity with flexibility and immediate impact.

What you get to do:

• Process biweekly payroll for approx. ~400 employees across two companies
• Audit and process employee expense reports
• Manage commissions, bonuses, garnishments, and comp changes
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and ensure accurate temp labor payments
• Maintain payroll compliance and liaise with third-party tax providers
• Reconcile payroll reports and troubleshoot discrepancies What you need to succeed:
• 5-8+ years of payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
• 3+ years of direct experience with Paylocity
• Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and stay highly organized
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• No HR responsibilities—this is 100% payroll What’s in it for you:
