Process Weekly Payroll for all Full Time and Temporary WorkStaff working with Floor Supervision to ensure 100% payrollaccuracy, manage and process new employee benefits program as wellas changes to benefits for current staff members. Primary lead for Company Employee Engagement Counsel, interactiverole in facility continuous improvement programs; organize and leadweekly / monthly meetings to maintain & improve communicationbetween hourly and salaried work staff.

Verify Weekly Payroll Full Time and Temporary, Transmit toCorporate for processing Track Weekly Labor Cost per / Man Hour Accountability for tracking Vacation / Holiday / PTO Usage Accountability for tracking attendance infractions for disciplinarypurposes Accountability for tracking perfect attendance program for bonusprogram Benefits ¿ New Employee Management o Pre-Screen all candidates to ensure they meet all hiringqualifications o Schedule and perform preliminary interviews with potentialcandidates o Manage / Coordinate hiring process (Paperwork, drug screens,background checks, physicals, onboarding (Insurance / thriftProgram) o Conduct New Hire Orientation o Manage / Track 30/60/90 evaluation program for new hireemployees Current Employee Management o Manage / Track Job Postings, Job Movement o Track Wage Increases o Track Performance, annual evaluation, FMLA, Workmen¿s CompPrograms o Track employee information change programs (Submit to Corporatefor processing) o Process Paperwork for all Terminations (Submit to Corporate forProcessing) o Miscellaneous Employee Interaction General o Oversee Employee Bonus Programs (Birthday, Christmas,Anniversary, Annual) o Track
