This position is in office/hybrid in Lafayette, LA. Must live within driving distance to Home Office (Lafayette, LA). Processes bi-weekly multi-state payroll. Responsible for time entry. Responsible for verification of data accuracy. Computes and verifies pay calculations. Generates payments to employees. Responsible for research and problem resolution. Processes bi-weekly and monthly reports as directed. Working knowledge of Federal & State Payroll Laws. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years full-cycle payroll processing experience required, experience with payroll taxes and garnishments required. Great Plains experience preferred. Must be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
