HR/Payroll Specialist Deerfield Nursing and Rehabilitation 522 Main Street, Delhi, LA 71232 Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making sure employees are paid accurately and on time? We are looking for an HR Payroll Specialist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for all staff accurately and timely. Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws. Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Assist with benefits administration and onboarding paperwork. Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR support. Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong communication and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required.
