Job Summary:

As a Full Cycle Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process from start to finish. This includes collecting and verifying employee data, calculating wages, ensuring compliance with regulations, and distributing pay accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Process full-cycle payroll for [#] employees (hourly, salaried, contractors) Maintain accurate employee records including new hires, terminations, and pay changes Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime using payroll software Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Manage direct deposits and resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors Reconcile payroll reports and provide support during audits Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments on payroll-related matters Stay current on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices

Qualifications:

Proven experience in full cycle payroll processing (2+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (FLSA, tax codes, etc.) Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, etc.) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
