Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including salary,hourly, and commission-based staff. Ensure accurate and timelycalculation of wages, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and othercompensation elements. Maintain and update employee payrollrecords, including changes in salaries, benefits, and taxwithholdings. Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracyand completeness. Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, includingfederal, state, and local taxes. Equity award processing Ensurecompliance with all payroll-related regulations and companypolicies. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payrolldeductions promptly and professionally. Collaborate with HR andFinance departments to streamline payroll processes and resolve anydiscrepancies. Generate and distribute payroll reports tomanagement as needed. Stay current with changes in payroll laws andregulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
